Job Description

Position: Graphic Designer (Fulltime)
Salary: USD (depends on ss and prior experience) plus 13thmonth pay and paid time off
Working Hours: MondayFriday. Training hours: 9am5pm Eastern Time Zone (EST) Longterm hours: Flexible with 4 hours overlap with EST for meetings

Our main focus is developing strategic partnerships with manufacturers and brand owners to become their exclusive or semiexclusive partner for Amazon and provide significant marketing resources in addition to order fulfillment. Founded in 2017 by two brothers we remain focused on building a tightknit team that evolves with the ecommerce landscape.We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling and converting visual ets for these partner brands. ets include: listing images short videos for listings and ads layouts & banners for Brand Stores A content and more. An ideal candidate will be someone experienced in ecommerce media creation who thrives on producing a high volume of quality work and working with a small collaborative team. A great candidate will also be an avid student of ecommerce bestpractices and enjoy optimizing content strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Current responsibilities will include the below however the Graphic Designer position will require adaptability to changing needs:
- Create ecommerce visual ets (images A content videos) for Amazon listing pages posts and brand stores and submit for art lead review
- Optimize listing designs to maximize conversions and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies
- Ensure visual ets adhere to elished brand style guides
- Contribute to continuous innovation of et designs based on industry trends and evolving marketplace needs
Requirements:
- 2 years of visual media production experience required
- 2 years experience in Ecommerce media production preferred
- Strong ability to develop and maintain a consistent visual style
- Ability to storyboard and edit a simple video
- Expert level Adobe Photoshop ss
- Intermediate Adobe Premiere or After Effects ss
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles a plus
