Job Description
ORES is looking for an istant Process Owner for a project estimated to last until June 2025. The position requires fulltime availability and participation in onsite work sessions with operational teams in Namur as well as various tests and training sessions to be conducted across seven ORES operational sites in Wallonia. The role requires the development implementation and improvement of processes and related applications as ORES centralizes the Pilotage des Rseaux HT1 activity in response to the 2021 energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Process Owner and their deputy in developing and improving processes and related applications.
- Participate in the development of process flows related to the Conduite des Rseaux services.
- Conduct onsite testing with operational teams and provide regular updates to project doentation including training materials.
- Provide training to teams on process instructions tools and odologies requiring travel to ORES sites.
- Ensure the correct application of process instructions by users and report any necessary improvements to the Process Owners deputy.
- Identify and diagnose issues related to applications and databases and ensure followup.
- Collaborate with other ORES departments and contribute to various ongoing projects.
Ss and Qualifications
- Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in process management from a business perspective (not IT).
- Strong experience in conducting yses or audits to identify risks in processes.
- Experience in process or functional doentation writing.
- Experience participating in multistakeholder meetings.
- C2level proficiency in French (CEFR).
- Rigorous organized and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with the energy sector.
- Experience in process modeling (BPMN).
- Knowledge of ADMS projects and issues related to HT1 network management.
- Experience working as a trainer.
- Experience collaborating with field agents or technicians.
- C1level proficiency in English (CEFR).
