Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Project Designer/Drafter. In this role you will utilize your site design knowledge and CADD ss to work on a wide range of land development projects including site layout grading utility stormwater management erosion and sediment control NPDES PennDOT HOP and other permit and construction plans. Additionally rendering experience is highly preferred as you may be asked to apply your graphic design abilities to create rendered presentation plans. We’ve found that candidates with landscape architecture backgrounds have been successful in this position.
We are currently facing challenges with an existing designer and expect a potential departure within the next 6 to 12 months so we are looking to bring someone on board who can contribute to our projects right away.
Position Requirements:
Salary:
$60000 to $80000 depending on licensure and experience.
Location:
Preference for candidates who can work in Lancaster with occasional commutes to York to start.
