Position: Surveillance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monitoring of casino activities and property to identify potential criminal behavior on the part of customers and to ensure employees and operations in general adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Minimal Internal Control Standards (MICS) and federal and Tribalstate compact and regulations.
- Notify Surveillance Director Commissioners and Management of suspected criminal activity or unusual activities and occurrences and communicate potential threats violations and criminal activities to the appropriate department directors.
- Supervise Surveillance Agents including recruiting scheduling timekeeping training igning and directing work evaluating performance disciplining as necessary addressing employee concerns and guiding professional development.
- Organize plan and supervise investigations and maintain and direct monitoring room activities including ensuring all tools and equipment are functioning properly.
- Disseminate implement and enforce department standards policies and procedures.
- ist with overseeing the monitoring and compliance of gaming activities including determining and executing appropriate corrective and disciplinary actions in response to violations.
- Recommend revisions to department SOPs and department practices to incorporate best practices regulatory changes and changes to potential threats.
- ist with identifying and essing potential risks and threats to the gaming operation from internal and external elements related to gaming activity and equipment and software used for the purposes of surveillance.
- Train new Agents on policies and procedures standards of integrity job ss and duties and responsibilities.
- Develop and conduct ongoing s development training to ensure agents maintain current on surveillance techniques and best practices changing regulations and emerging threats.
- Review all surveillance related reports and audits to ensure accuracy clarity and thoroughness.
- Other duties as igned.
Requirements:
- Three years experience and/or training in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one years experience managing people.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Current PGC Cl A Gaming License.
- Ability to work days evenings and nights.
- Ability to periodically travel locally regionally and nationally to trainings court proceedings and other functions.
- Requires ping background check credit check and drug screening upon hire.
- Must be age 21 or older.
