About the Role:

What you’ll do:

• Project Management: Plan execute and manage capital equipment projects from initial design through to commissioning and handover.
• Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Lead the installation testing and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
• Automation Integration: Oversee the integration of PLCs HMIs and control systems (Rockwell Allen Bradley or Siemens) into production lines.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with equipment suppliers and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to increase equipment efficiency reliability and safety.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance operations and automation teams to ensure seamless project and minimize disruption to production.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations meet safety regulatory and industry standards

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in project management equipment installation and commissioning in FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems particularly PLCs (Rockwell Allen Bradley/Siemens) HMI and SCADA.
• Proven experience leading equipment commissioning and capital projects in a highspeed production environment.
• Strong organizational communication and leadership ss.
