Job Description

LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZEN CANDIDATES BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Executive Administrative istant

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM (CST). *Flexible working hours to accommodate CEO’s travel schedules

Salary Range : $800 $1200/ month

Holiday : TBD

About the job:

As the Executive Administrative istant you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar coordinating meetings isting with various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office operations. Additionally you will support the CEO in organizing corporate events and maintaining confidential information.

As the US HR Business Partner you will work closely with the Global HR team based in India to represent HR functions in the United States. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new hires managing HR processes and providing support to employees regarding benefits and payroll.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Administrative istant Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar to optimize productivity.
  • Arrange leadership meetings and maintain records of meeting minutes and action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including airfare hotel bookings and restaurant reservations for executives.
  • Handle office administration tasks and manage stationery supplies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle legal and immigration doents.
  • Collate data and generate management reports for the CEO.

US HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Represent HR processes from the Global HR team in India.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters to new hires.
  • Create and manage vendor purchase orders (POs) and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Procure laptops from designated IT vendors or online sources.
  • Monitor timesheets and ist finance with employee and contractor payroll data.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires and contractors.
  • Provide information on payroll health employment and 401(k) benefits as per the employee handbook.
  • Address employee questions related to HR and benefits.
  • ist in the termination process and handle COBRA paperwork in collaboration with healthcare administrators.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of work experience in related roles.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal ss.
  • MUST HAVE! Experience in executive administration or istant (HR business partner is a plus).
  • MUST HAVE! Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Familiarity with travel booking and office management. Nice to have!
  • Experience in organizing corporate events.
  • High energy individual with a positive attitude and flexibility in working hours to accommodate the CEO's schedule.
