Job Description
Registered Nurse
Locations in multiple cities within Idaho US:
Boise Meridian Nampa and Twin Falls
Responsibilities:
- Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through essment planning intervention and evaluation.
- Develops implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients igned through initial and ongoing essments.
- Initiates essment based on the patients problems or needs the physicians medical diagnosis and the functional health framework.
- Performs theutic nursing interventions.
- Manages care of patients.
- Doents care based on standards of care and practice patient acuity and/or clinical priorities
- Advocates for evidencebased practice care standards and supports the adoption of evidencebased practices and innovations in care delivery.
- Provides patientcentric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
- 1 year experience preferred
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
- Experience with the unit youre hiring for is highly preferred candidates with unit experience will be given preference
Departments:
- Intensive Care
- RN Hospital at Home Telehealth Onsite
- Inpatient Neuro/Ortho Rehab
