Job Description
Location: New York NY
Work Setup: Hybrid
Salary: 250000USD to 500000USD annually (DOE)
As an Audit Partner in Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) youll manage audit projects for clients in this sector. Utilizing your financial expertise and leadership ss youll deliver highquality audit services collaborate with teams communicate effectively with clients and stay informed on industry trends and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead audits for AEC clients ensuring compliance with standards.
- Review audit work papers and financial statements.
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Provide insights to enhance clients financial performance.
- Mentor audit teams for highquality service delivery.
- Collaborate with partners to promote an efficient work environment.
- Identify risks in AEC engagements and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and firm policies.
- Engage in business development and client acquisition.
- Seek opportunities to expand services to existing and new clients.
- Commit to quality and excellence in audit services.
- Review work papers for accuracy and adherence to standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- CPA certification is required
- 12 years of extensive experience in auditing with a focus on AEC clients.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal ss.
