Role Overview:
As a Social Media Content Moderator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our online platform. Your primary responsibility will be to review and ess usergenerated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards and guidelines. This role will focus on content in Italian so fluency in the language is essential. If you are detailoriented enjoy solving problems and are excited about relocating to Portugal this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Evaluate and monitor usergenerated content including text images and videos to ensure they meet our guidelines and policies.
- Moderation: Identify and handle inappropriate or harmful content promptly and accurately.
- Reporting: Track and doent any trends issues or feedback to help refine our moderation processes and community standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to provide insights and support the development of effective moderation strategies.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Utilize your understanding of Italian culture to make informed decisions and ensure content is managed in a culturally sensitive manner.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian: Excellent command of written and spoken Italian is required.
- English Proficiency: Strong English ss to communicate with international colleagues and manage doentation.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to yze content thoroughly and with precision.
- ProblemSolving Ss: Capability to address complex situations and make quick informed decisions.
- Experience: Previous experience in content moderation is a plus but not necessary. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
