Job Description

Supporting client organizations and the DPO team in navigating new personal data protection regulations (PDPA) trends and risks. This includes ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations providing VinarcoPDPA consulting services and isting the DPO team with client project operations.

Position: ociate DPO Consultant

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Location: Lumpini Tower Office

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ROPA (Records of Processing Activities) for the client/organization.
  • Complete personal data flow discovery and mapping.
  • Give advice and recommendations to the client about the interpretation or application of
    the PDPA.
  • Support in planning and scheduling client PDPA compliance projects.
  • Support in correspondence with client regarding PDPA compliance projects.
  • Works closely and provide full support to DPO Team as required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 1 years of proven experience as a business development account management
    and related roles.
  • Logical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Customer service
  • Presentation Ss
  • Good Command of English and Thai
  • Ability to interpret laws and regulations
