Daily Tasks:
Call medical providers to gather initial case information.
Keep track of cases and scheduling followup calls as necessary.
Effectively communicate with doctor’s offices coworkers and clients alike.
Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
Upload and share pertinent doents appropriately.
Build strong rapport with potential clients.
Perform other related duties as igned.
Bring a teamoriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Your Ss:
Knowledge of medical treatment and medical provider types.
Strong computer ss and experience with Office 365.
Proactive and detail oriented.
Superior communication and organizational ss.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
