X-ray Technician Allied

Job Title: Xray Technician (Allied)

Location: Rochester New York 14617

Shift: MF 7:45a 4:15p 40hrs.

Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description:

• Perform Xray imaging procedures in accordance with elished protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Prepare patients for Xray exams explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain and operate Xray equipment ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Review and ess images for quality ensuring proper positioning and exposure.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging doentation.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations including radiation safety protocols.
• ist with scheduling and patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an XRay Technician.
• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
• Previous experience in orthopedic imaging is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Commitment to patient care and safety.
