100% Remote SAP Hana Migration

The project can be done remotely however there may be times you may be asked to travel with expenses paid to the DC metro area.

We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant with expertise in technical migration upgrade and conversion to S4HANA projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technology and architecture as well as experience in leading complex migration and upgrade projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive technical migration upgrade and conversion projects to S4HANA ensuring successful delivery within scope timeline and budget.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including functional consultants developers and project managers to define project requirements develop technical solutions and provide guidance on best practices.

Conduct system ysis and essment to identify potential risks gaps and opportunities for optimization in the migration and upgrade process.

Develop and execute migration strategies including data migration system configuration and testing to ensure a smooth and efficient transition to S4HANA.

Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues trouble system errors and optimize performance during the migration and upgrade process.

Mentor and train junior consultants sharing knowledge and best practices to build the teams capabilities in S4HANA migration and technical consulting.

Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including technical and nontechnical audiences to provide regular updates address concerns and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

experience in SAP technical consulting with a focus on migration upgrade and conversion projects to S4HANA.

Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English both written and spoken.

Strong ytical and problemsolving ss with the ability to identify ess and resolve complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

Proven leadership and project management ss with a track record of successfully delivering highimpact projects on time and within budget.
