Job Description
Title: Service Now Architect
Location: Onsite Malvern PA
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
Keywords: Service Now Architect Employee Center Pro HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Now Platform App Engine Service Now client and serverside JavaScript
HCM products like Workday SAP Success Factors
Role Description:
1) 3 years of technical architecture experience and at least 2 or ServiceNow implementation experience.
2) Experience in ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules
3) Experience in ServiceNow BackEnd and Integrations (Integration HUB SOAP REST Data Sources Import Set Transform maps)
4) Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery automated testing agile metrics
5) Strong ss in User Interface design ytical Problem solving and Quantitative ss.
6) Ability to provide technical leadership and work seamlessly with customers
Must have Ss:
1) Knowledge of HCM products like Workday SAP SuccessFactors etc.
2) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
3) Experience in Service Catalog rationalization catalog Items with workflows business rules UI Pages UI actions
4) Excellent communication ss both written and verbal ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.
5) Experience working in Agile environment using SCRUM odology.
6) Good to have experience in ServiceNow UI Development: ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center Components like Branding SP pages UI pages Widgets along with UI technologies Angular JS (1.X) Angular Provider Angular Templates Bootstrap 3 framework CSS HTML
7) Selfstarter good interpersonal ss ability to lead customer meetings and build customer confidence

Experience (Years): 68
Essential Ss:
1) Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform specifically with HRSD module and EC Pro
2) Strong background in solution architecture and technical design with a focus on user experience HRSD and Employee Center Pro
3) Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
4) Proven experience in at least one design architect and implementation of HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow
5) Experience with ServiceNow client and serverside JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
6) Experience in architecting solutioning implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro
7) Advanced ytical and problemsolving experience ability to multitask and effectively manage priorities.
8) Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an Architecture first principle
9) Working with Business ysts on technical stories ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
10) Strong understanding of Employee service portals and selfservice technologies
