Job Description
- Primary Worksite Name: St. Cloud VA Medical Center
- Primary Worksite City: St. Cloud
- Primary Worksite State: Minnesota
- Worksite Type: Government Veterans Health care
- Work Schedule: Monday Friday 5:00p8:00a and Weekends 48 hours on call. 7 on/7 off or Week on two weeks off
- Staff Information: Staffed with midlevel support
- Requirements to apply: U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder
- Patient Information: Census is 2 patient transfers and 3 program admissions.
- Requirements to apply: Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
Names/numbers of 3 references
Must have worked within the last 6 months
Certifications: BLS and ACLS
Experience: Have 2 years of experience - Pay Information: 1099 $8125 a week
- W2 $120k a year (work one week on and get two weeks off) or $170k a year (work one week on and get one week off) with benefits
- Credentialing time: 68 weeks
- Privileging Details: Fingerprints/background check is required
- Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible
- EMR: CPRS system
- Malpractice insurance with Tail coverage
- Expenses: allinclusive rate
- License State: Any State License Work
- LOCATION 4801 Veterans Dr St Cloud MN 56303.
