You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel sales strategy and drive revenue growth through partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management excellent relationshipbuilding ss and a deep understanding of channel dynamics. In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners driving sales initiatives and ensuring the successful of our channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners providing them with the support training and resources needed to drive sales.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with partners to develop sales tools marketing materials and product training to enhance their ability to sell our solutions effectively.
Performance Monitoring: Track and yze channel sales performance providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit new channel partners overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration.
Joint Business Planning: Work with partners to create joint business plans that align with their goals and objectives driving mutual growth.
Market ysis: Stay informed about market trends competitive landscape and partner needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and managing successful channel partnerships and achieving sales targets.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
ytical Ss: Proficiency in yzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Negotiation Ss: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution ss with a customercentric approach.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and partners.
