Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Private Equity to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in private equity investment ysis and portfolio management. This role is crucial for driving our investment strategies managing relationships with key stakeholders and leading a team of investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the firms goals and market opportunities. Conduct market research and ysis to identify potential investment opportunities.

  • Deal : Lead the of private equity transactions including due diligence financial modeling and structuring. Oversee negotiations and collaborate with legal and financial advisors.

  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio companies to optimize performance working closely with management teams to drive growth initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with investors limited partners and other stakeholders. Present investment proposals and performance updates to the executive team and board members.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture. Provide training and guidance in investment ysis and best practices.

  • Market ysis: Stay abreast of industry trends economic conditions and regulatory changes affecting private equity investments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 7 years of experience in private equity investment banking or a related field with a proven track record of successful deal sourcing and .

  • Strong ytical ss with expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication ss with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership ss and experience managing teams.

  • Strong negotiation ss and the ability to navigate complex transactions.
