Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team at Augment Jobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and ensuring the quality of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionalities and create comprehensive test plans.
- Identify record and track defects through the testing lifecycle.
- Execute manual and automated tests yze results and provide feedback.
- Enhance testing strategies and odologies to improve product quality.
- Participate in code reviews and advocate for quality practices within the development team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SDET or in a similar testing role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# or Python.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI).
- Excellent ytical and problemsolving ss.
- Strong communication and collaboration ss.
