Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and ytical Private Equity yst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial ysis market research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior investment professionals to support the decisionmaking process and contribute to the overall success of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial modeling valuation ysis and investment appraisal for potential acquisition targets.
  • Perform market research and industry ysis to identify trends and ess competitive landscapes.
  • ist in the due diligence process including gathering and yzing financial statements operational metrics and management interviews.
  • Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and provide ytical support for strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support deal and portfolio management activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends industry developments and economic factors impacting investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
  • 13 years of experience in private equity investment banking management consulting or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent ytical quantitative and problemsolving ss.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial ysis software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
