Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ytical Private Equity ociate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the investment process from sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities to monitoring portfolio performance. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior team members and gain exposure to various aspects of private equity investing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and industry ysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- ist in the financial modeling and valuation of target companies.
- Participate in due diligence processes including financial operational and legal essments.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal decisionmaking and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to support operational improvements and growth initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio investments and provide regular updates to the investment team.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals including investment bankers consultants and management teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- 24 years of experience in investment banking management consulting or private equity.
- Strong ytical ss with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to highquality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases (e.g. Bloomberg Capital IQ) is a plus.
