Sales Negotiators
Guildford
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm (day off in the week)
£16000 basic salary
£50000 £60000 OTE
Job description;
We have a great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our busy sales team in Guildford. A minimum requirement of one year of experience is required and we invite applications from forward thinking and ambitious individuals to help grow our flourishing company both maintaining our status as one of the top selling agents in the area and having the pion and drive to collectively increase our success to the next level.

Sales Negotiator:
- 2 years Sales or Lettings Negotiator experience
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
- Good people ss
- Pion for selling houses
- Chance to work for a market leading agent
- Manage electronic data and emails and ensure all clients files are updated
- Deal with property owners queries verbally and in written form
- Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
- Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
- Must have a full UK driving license
- Must live within a 30minute Drive from the Guildford Office
