Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer I to join their team!
Job Description Designs develops and tests all aspects of electrical components equipment and systems. Performs routine logic design tasks ociated with the development of new products or sustaining existing products.
Responsibilities:
Implements digital circuit designs of varying degrees of complexity involving microelectronics and og devices.
Utilizes computeraided design software as an integral part of the design and development process.
Performs functional tests on relevant electronic emblies and doents results to ISO9001 standards
Research component specifications for use in designs.
Prepares all supporting doentation for any work done
Provides estimates of task duration.
Reviews project instructions and blueprints to ascertain test specifications procedures objectives test equipment nature of technical problem and possible solutions such as part redesign substitution of material or parts or rearrangement of parts or subemblies.
Devises fabricates and embles new or modified mechanical components or emblies.
Uses manufacturing test development or diagnostic equipment including but not limited to test programs oscilloscopes signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
Interfaces with customers verbally and in writing in a friendly professional manner to answer technical questions and ist in troubleing problems
Interfaces and communicates with other engineering teams located in multiple cities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a fouryear college or university
Typically requires a minimum of 2 yrs. experience
Required Ss:
Learns to use professional concepts and applies company policies/procedures to resolve routine issues.
Works on problems of diverse scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in yzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Builds le working relationships internally.
Ability to read yze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents logarithms quadratic equations and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution determination of test reliability and validity ysis of variance correlation techniques sampling theory and factor ysis.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
