- 5 years of experience in Requirement Gathering and Elaboration session with the Financial Customers
- Hands on Experience in Engaging in customer discussion to understand the business requirements
- Experience in Capital market domain especially trading listing of securities regulatory aspects of capital market like compliance and reporting can be added to the list

- Activities
- Participate in requirement gathering and Process/User Journey design thinking workshops.
- Forecast and suggest the Future Roadmap and Functional scalability for Requirement
- Manage functional product backlog and supports in maintaining functional designs.
- Creating Managing User stories and validating development & test scenarios.
- Organize Show and tell sessions to business
- Knowledge transfer to development and testing team.
