Job Description
We are looking for a highly sed Contracts / Commercial Manager to work for a leading main contractor on large build project in Riyadh KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to our construction projects Ensuring compliance with regulations And maximizing the companys financial and operational performance.
Requirements
Responsibilities: Negotiating and managing contracts with clients subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders Reviewing and yzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements Evaluating and mitigating potential risks ociated with contracts Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure contract deliverables are met on time and within budget Resolving contract disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner Maintaining accurate and uptodate contract records and doentation Monitoring and reporting on contract performance and financial metrics Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contracts and procure
