We are seeking an SAP Systems and Operations Specialist to join our growing IT team in Madrid. As part of Axpos IT department you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our SAP environment focusing on system upgrades monitoring and process improvements.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive doentation for SAP system processes.
- Utilize SAP Cloud ALM to improve system monitoring and tracking capabilities.
- Plan and oversee system upgrades patch management and technical updates.
- Lead postmortem reviews for highpriority issues and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment in system activities and upgrades.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve system performance and efficiency.
What you bring & who you are:
- 7 years of experience in SAP technical areas including system monitoring and doentation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Basis SAP Cloud ALM ECC S4HC and Solution Manager.
- Experience with system upgrades patching and postmortem ysis.
- Proactive with a focus on quality urance and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish are a plus.
