Finance Area
VHIR is looking for an administrative to join the Finance Controlling Unit.
The scope of the area includes among others the responsibility of institutional scientific policies strategic planning strategic national and international alliances supervision of the teaching communication and fundraising units and institutions knowledge management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Certificate of Higher Education (CFGS/FPII) in Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Fluent in Catalan Spanish English (business level).
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Good organization ss.
- Proactivity teamwork willing to learn and achieve objectives.
- Experience in administrative and accounting tasks.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Support on presentations and official statistics.
- Support on Foundation Taxes preparation.
- Proficiency using MS Office and IT tools.
Desired:
- Previous experience in health/biomedical research environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting tasks.
Main responsibilities and duties:
The candidate will provide support primarily in the Finance Controlling Unit administrative functions ensuring that all the procedures are being implemented properly and up to date.
Labour conditions:
- Parttime position: 20h/week.
- Starting date: Immediate.
- Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and ss. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale
- Contract: openended contract linked to project
