The Opportunity:
As a member of the Accounts Receivable team you will perform administrative processing and auditing responsibilities including the setup and maintenance of contracts in our Costpoint accounting system project ysis and reconciliation and doent retention.
How Youll Contribute:
Setup and maintenance of contracts in compliance with contractual terms conditions and requirements. in our Costpoint accounting system.
Support multiple program tasks simultaneously while prioritizing efforts with strict timelines to ensure service levels are met.
Reconcile contract modifications against Costpoint records.
Participate in contract kickoff meetings.
Work closely with Contract Administrators Project Control and Program Managers to solve setup challenges.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
3 years of Government Contracting experience
Experience Using Deltek Costpoint Project module for Project Setup
Ability to communicate effectively written and oral and collaborate in a team environment with a focus on high professional standards strong followup and successful project
Experience with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment prioritizing multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently
Excellent attention to detail strong ytical ss and a commitment to accuracy
Experience using Vlookup and Pivot Table functions in Excel
Possession of excellent problemsolving ss
Bachelors degree
