- Act as KSA incountry team lead for both STG Project Management and Service Operations team.
- Guides Project Manager activities for advance Service Business including Long Term Projects Service Agreements Standard Outages and Modification and Upgrade projects.
- igns projects to the KSA Project Management team.
- Manages own projects wherever team workload requires it.
- Ensures KSA Project team acts in accordance with the Project Excellence @ Siemens Energy odology and will perform all activities according to PM80 to PM1000 activities according to the Project Excellence @ Siemens Energy Guide conducts regular project reviews with regional management.
- Responsible for developing Customer Relationships following the postsales phase for Advance Service Business including Long Term Projects or Service Agreements. Will support PM and sales team with customer meetings as required.
- Supports the operations team as a first point of escalation within KSA from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Technically responsible for revenue delivery within KSA ensuring forecast is accurate and targets are achieved.
- Responsibility for cost center recovery ensuring PMs and FSE hours are correctly booked against projects in a timely manner.
- Develop the KSA PM/SO team in line with business needs and strategies.

What you bring
- Typically 1015 years of successful experience in related field preferably with Gas Turbines Compressors Industrial Steam Turbines and other rotating equipment.
- Prior experience in a team lead / manager role preferably in an operational field.
- Experience and comfortable with change management and leading change management
- Collaboration with international teams
- Experience as PM with full responsibility for project results in crossorganizational projects
- Preferred experience of working on installation construction and commissioning projects in the oil & gas industry or operational site experience.
- Stakeholder management internally to Senior Management Level and externally with customers

- Engineering Degree or Equivalent
