To #makesocialbetter we are looking to build our gaming moderator talent pool for the Asian markets. If you speak Korean Japanese Indonesian Thaior Chinese we would love to connect with you for future work.
We keep users gaming experience safe enjoyable and inclusive so that players of all ages can feel comfortable and confident when using our clients gaming platforms.
Using the community guidelines our job is to make sure all usergenerated content is free of illegal hate speech and harmful content. In policy grey areas we are leaned on as the experts in brand safety so we need to make strong judgement calls to keep the community harmfree.
We thrive in the fast paced environment these projects can bring working through high volumes of content and safeguarding the community but this is more than policies and rules for us. This is about building a secure and protected gaming environment for all gamers and making sure the brand reputation and community is always kept safe.
You will be going over reported content which will include; comments chats strong graphic images videos and audio files. Using moderation guidelines it will be your decision if the usergenerated content has broken the community policies or not. You may also need to escalate harmful content to ensure continued protection of the users and brand.
This work will be Key Performance Indicator (KPI) driven and you will be asked to hit quality and quantity targets so it is important that you:
Moderate in accordance with Social Element and clientspecific guidelines
Keep up to date with notifications of any new changes in the guidelines or our systems
Carry out moderation and training according to the times scheduled in the project schedule
Be resilient when reviewing content that may be unexpected highly sensitive intense or challenging
Escalate usergenerated content that falls within the official escalation processes (eg child safety threats)
Inform Supervisors and/ or project management team of any technical or other issues with tools or content and providing feedback on any client issues
We are growing our existing talent pool for moderation work so we are looking for you to have mixed flexibility across weekdays and weekends to cover all possible project hours.
When a project becomes available we will be able to tell you what the expected shift pattern will be to check you have the right availability.

Language Ss: excellent language ss includingEnglish as youll be moderating content in both languages its a must to have outstanding reading ss.
Background experience: either in moderation community management or a gamer enthusiast who is familiar with the world of gaming forums and platforms.
Social Media knowledge: great understanding and knowledgeable in navigating different social platform (Tik Tok Twitch Discord Facebook Instagram etc) to keep up to date with the latest gaming trends events followers etc.
Digital native: comfortable in using a variety of technologies apps online and cloud platforms.
Selfdisciplined: you know how to manage your own time while working remotely e.g priorities tasks shifts attend training etc
We operate a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Policy which means to carry out this work your PC will need to meet the following requirements:
Operating system Windows 10 64bits or higher / MAC OS X version 13 (Ventura) or higher.
i5 8th generation or faster 64bit (x64) processor
At least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
Internet speed is 20Mbps download / 1Mbps upload (50Mbps download / 5Mbps upload is recommended)
40 GB available HDD (SSD recommended)
A Webcam and headset
Android or iOS device for 2FA
Chromebook Linux and Cloud VMs are not supported. If you want to run a local VM (virtual machine) you need to send us your computer specs and explain how you intend to do this.
