Job Description
McLaren Thumb is looking for a Pediatrician to cover call. Dates listed below!
Monday October 21st 6am Monday October 28th 7am
Monday October 28th 7am Monday November 4th 7am
Monday November 18th 6am Monday November 25th 7am
Wednesday November 27th 7am Monday December 2nd 7am
Nursery Level I Routine newborn care required
Doentation system is CPSI/EVIDENT
*Please Note:
Car fuel mileage hotel is a xx150 cap (including taxes)rental must be refueled before being returned
McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate
ALL providers for McLaren Flint are to stay at the McLaren Flint Hospitality House only. Prior approval is required for alternate lodging.
Site uses reverse billing provider must clock in/out using Kronos no timesheets will be approved

Requirement description : ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
Board Certified Pediatrics Required
MI License & CSR at Submission Required at time of clear no exceptions not accepting IMLC
BLS & PALS Required
Must have clean background for quick credentialing REQUIRED no exceptions
Please submit rates at time of name clear Required will not send to client without rates
Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about required
DEA Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
