Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Accountant to work for our client who is a wellknown leading utilities company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- The Accountant will be in the Controllers department within Southern California Edisons (clients) Finance Organizational Unit.
- The successful candidate will be working in the Capital et Accounting (CAA) team.
- He/ She will also be responsible for monthly journal entries yzing and monitoring population of projects ready for true up performing account reconciliations including identifying investigating and resolving invalid items within work orders and general ledgers and data ysis.
- Additional responsibilities are perform non energy billings including Claims Relocations and other 3rd party billings.
Requirements:
- C. Bachelors Degree
- Excel SAP
- Attention to detail
- 5 or more year of accounting experience
Desired Ss:
- PowerPlan system
- Fixed et Accounting background
