Position Overview:

As a DesignLed Architect you will be a frontend specialist leading the creative transformation of diverse sites into architectural marvels. From iconic residential towers to transformative masterplans and luxury resorts you’ll contribute to projects in both the UK and globally including dynamic locations from upandcoming expatriate communities to worldrenowned cities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of diverse largescale architectural projects in the UK and abroad
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Develop and present innovative design concepts and solutions
• Ensure adherence to local building regulations and standards
• Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation
• Participate in internal R&D and design competition initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading medium to largescale architectural projects
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong graphic design and presentation abilities
• Exceptional handdrawing ss to bring ideas to life both on paper and screen
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication ss
• Experience with largescale residential projects is a plus
