Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards within the company
• Develop and update SQF doentation policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with SQF standards
• Coordinate external audits and communicate with certification bodies
• Provide SQF training to employees at all levels of the organization
• Investigate and resolve any SQFrelated issues or nonconformities
• Stay current on SQF regulations and updates to ensure ongoing compliance

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science Quality urance or related field
• Knowledge of SQF standards and requirements
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational ss
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

• 3 years experience leading a team
• 13 years of experience in SQF
• Experience in SOP writing
• Previous experience implementing or maintaining SQF system
• Served as Lead SQF Practitioner
• HAACP Certified
• PCQI Training Preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
• Experience conducting internal audits and working with certification bodies
