Job Description
Role: Trainer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Task Description:
The Trainer will plan conduct and delivery training primarily focused on Tableau and Reporting Tools to IRS business end users. The candidate should have excellent communication ss and experience working with technical teams and end users.
Required ss/Level of Experience:
- Experience with Tableau and Reporting Tools and experience training others on these tools.
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and design whiteglove level training solutions.
- Experience developing high quality training content and materials.
- Experience delivering training content to business users in various formats of training delivery including webbased and clroom.
- Experience working within the Federal Government (3 years exp). Prior IRS experience or tax expertise highly desirable.
- Strong ytical ss are essential for the project.
Nice to have ss:
- Knowledgeable about IRS business and tax forms strongly preferred.
- Active IRS MBI Clearance Highly Desirable
