Job Description
We are seeking a highly sed and experienced Advanced Reporting and Business Objects Specialist to join our dynamic IT and Data ytics team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business intelligence (BI) tools specifically SAP BusinessObjects and a proven track record of developing implementing and managing advanced reporting solutions that drive business decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities-
Design and Development:
- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects and other BI tools.
- Design data models and universes to support business reporting needs.
- Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Data Management:
- Extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources into the BusinessObjects environment.
- Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

ysis and Reporting:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data ysis to identify trends patterns and insights that support business objectives.
- Provide adhoc reporting and data ysis as needed.

Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of BusinessObjects reports and dashboards.
- Trouble and resolve issues related to report generation data accuracy and system performance.
- Implement best practices for report design and development to enhance performance and user experience.

Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to endusers on how to effectively use BusinessObjects reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain doentation for reporting processes data models and user guides.
- Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in business intelligence and reporting technologies

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data ytics or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence data ytics or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP BusinessObjects including report and dashboard development universe design and administration.
- Proficient in SQL and other data querying languages.

Technical Ss:
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle).
