Job Description
Inoffice position with some remote
Compensation:$120000 DOE yearly
Responsibilities:- Communicate with senior ociates paralegals and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
- Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings perform legal research and work with senior ociate attorneys to provide legal advice
- Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys paralegals and staff
- Must be licensed to practice in AZ; additional consideration to those licensed in other western states including CA WA NM UT OR CO or NV
- Experienced Attorney 35 years (Required)
- Excellent writing/legal ysis
- Able to defend depositions including expert depositions and some trial experience is a plus (preparation second chair or lead)
- Exceptional communication and problemsolving ss needed in order to work with all levels of staff and clients
