Salary: $112500.00
We have partnered with an engineering design and consulting firm in the Cornelius NC area to provide them with a Landscape Architect / Land Planner Team Lead. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Ss for the Landscape Architect / Land Planner Team Lead:
#1 Must have a Professional LA or Certified Planner License.
#2. Must have at least 5 years working as a professional Landscape Architect/Designer in a land development office setting.
#3. Must have experience with developing and following a formalized QA/QC program.
#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
Requirements of the Landscape Architect / Land Planner Team Lead:
- A Bachelors degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program is required.
- Must hold professional registration as a Landscape Architect or be a Certified Planner.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional Landscape Architect/Designer in a land development setting is preferred.
- A strong and varied project portfolio showcasing a diverse background in the field.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced multidisciplinary work environment with the flexibility to manage shifting project priorities and multiple clients.
- Strong capability to manage deadlines while ensuring adherence to local state and federal regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal leadership and communication ss.
- Proficient in freehand illustration and rendering with strong graphic ss in both sketching and finished designs.
- Familiarity with local codes ordinances and public agency standards related to land development and entitlement processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing a structured QA/QC program.
- Ability to design and manage projects including rezonings site plans and landscape plans ensuring compliance with municipal codes and ordinances.
