Job Description
This is a remote position.
Lead the design and development of conversion strategies and odologies for SAP implementation or migration projects, with a primary focus on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand conversion requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Develop conversion scripts, programs, and data mapping rules to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems into the SAP environment. Define data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of converted data during the migration process. Configure and customize SAP modules related to Order-to-Cash, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Pricing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable (AR), to support conversion requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to perform data cleansing, data transformation, and data quality urance activities as part of the conversion process. Develop and execute conversion test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate the accuracy and completeness of converted data against business requirements. Identify and resolve data migration issues, errors, and discrepancies in a timely manner, working closely with stakeholders and project teams. Doent conversion procedures, data mapping rules, and technical specifications for reference and knowledge transfer purposes. Provide guidance, support, and training to junior conversion team members as needed.
