Job Description

New facility for the GAS family. We are excited about the great team and leaders at Del Webb. It is a busy medical center near Sun City Surprise Waddel Peoria. Lots of new growth and developments nearby. Busy Ortho department lots of Regional blocks busy general surgery endo urology gyn spine and GI. Great place to work stay retire but ultimately get the experience you need to become comfortable doing all types of cases throughout your career. Annual 1099 Income $340000 Plus $2030k sign on bonus 9 weeks off (10 consecutive days off for each) including post call and post late off. Average 4 work days per week. Great work life balance!

Greater Anesthesia Solutions is a CRNA locally owned and operated group in Arizona. The main things that make us different from other groups include: a thriving culture autonomy with support to develop your practice providing real anesthesia in exclusively contracted medical centers competitive market rates all in great areas to live.

As a proprovider group CRNAs practice to the full extent of their training. A CRNA lead is often the board runner providing the extra pair of hands in challenging situations and playing that pivotal role in helping all providers develop their practice doing a variety of cases.

Offering a great culture to practice in is paramount for the GAS team. By allowing our providers to practice to their full training and further develop that training everyone becomes a valuable resource for each other. We strive on having good communication with the team as we provide state of the art anesthesia care.

Our group primarily covers exclusively contracted medical centers which means you get a big variety of cases. Providers do not get pigeonholed into only being able to handle one or two types of cases.

A priority of GAS is having competitive market rates with flexibility in scheduling. Both 1099 and W2 options are available as is trading and swapping shifts amongst the team to ure WorkLife balance. There are also plenty of opportunities to pick up additional shifts for those eager to pay off loans.

We offer the flexibility of choosing between 1099 and W2 arrangements. Providers are typically igned to a primary home base where they receive ignments and schedules well in advance facilitating effective planning for time off and maintaining a healthy worklife balance. Providers can also engage in shift trading signing up for additional shifts or giving away shifts to suit their individual preferences. For instance some providers may opt to work extra weekends or evening shifts to expedite loan repayment while others may prioritize family time or vacations allowing them to trade out of those shifts. While some providers choose to get credentialed at multiple facilities for additional shift options it is not mandatory.
