Job Description
Do you have a desire to be a good role model and help navigate teens and young adults with autism and intellectual disabilities through today s society If yes then Luminous Pathways wants you!!!!!
We are currently looking for a job coach who is willing and able to teach those on the Autism spectrum how to prepare for a job. This person needs to be patient able to get on the clients level and willing to go out in the community with the client.
Empathy and Patience: Understanding and patience are key as individuals with special needs may face unique challenges.
Communication Ss: Clear and effective communication is crucial for providing instructions and feedback.
