About the Clinic:
An innovative ADHD clinic that combines medical and behavioral services to ess and treat focusing challenges in children adolescents and adults. The team consists of medical psychological and coaching professionals all specialized in attention difficulties who work closely with one another under one roof to provide unified treatment.
About the Role:
As a psychologist you will play an integral role within our multidisciplinary team:
- Oversee and conduct essments in line with your clinical experience and the business need (ex. ADHD/Mental Health Psychoeducational ASD)
- Provide clinical feedback to clients and/or family members.
- Once integrated and trained the Clinic s additional proprietary essment types may become part of your roster.
- Oversee Psychometry staff in line with the Clinic s essment processes
- Join biweekly psychology meetings
- Join monthly Clinic wide meetings
Commitment/Compensation:
- Parttime 0.4 FTE (16 hours per week)
- The position requires two (2) inperson workdays per week
- Schedule to fall between Monday Friday 9am 5pm
- Salary: $150000 per year ProRated to reflect parttime schedule
Requirements:
- Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as an independent practitioner (Psychologist or Psychological ociate).
- Must be registered with CPO as a: Clinical OR School Psychologist
- Authorized client population(s) must include: Children and Adolescents
- Minimum 23 years of experience working in a similar position
- Clinical experience with a wide age range of clients (children adolescents and/or adults) with various mental health presentations
- Excellent interpersonal communication ss attention to detail well developed problemsolving abilities and strong organizational ss
- Strong writing ss and comfortable with technology
- Excellent client retention and rapport
- A progressive attitude towards the field of mental health services as it is evolving
