Job Summery:
As a call center agent your responsibilities typically include handling customer inquiries providing information about products or services resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are expected to communicate clearly maintain accurate records and work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Responding to incoming calls or messages and providing the requested information.
- Problem Solving: Addressing customer complaints and providing effective and quick solutions.
- Technical Support: isting customers in using products or services.
- Doenting Interactions: Recording all calls and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Customer FollowUp: Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on their issues and resolving them.
- Providing Information: Explaining details about products and services including promotions and discounts.
- Team Collaboration: Working with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Updating Knowledge: Keeping up with new information about products and services to improve the provided service.
- Gathering Feedback: Collecting customer opinions to improve processes and services.
- Compliance with Policies: Adhering to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

- High school or above
- Experience is preferred
- Fast typing in Arabic
