Job Description
Responsible for providing a safe, reliable, and cost effective product to the customer. Ensures that equipment meets company, governmental, and customer requirements. May serve as a member of the NWA team or leader of the regional team. Elishes preventive maintenance program and coordinates maintenance support for the NWA/region. Utilizes CEMS database to develop strategies for maintenance efficiencies, develops processes to ensure compliance with equipment related government regulations, develops technical training courses for employees, and coordinates equipment refurbishment, upgrades, and modifications. Calculates future workloads across NWA/country group and plans manpower needs for supporting service delivery equipment. Typically requires an undergraduate degree and 10 years experience in mechanical maintenance function.
