HerMD is seeking experienced Women s Health & Gynecology Nurse Practitioners to join our patient care team in Franklin Tennessee!
As a physicianfounded practice we understand the challenges medical providers experience daily. HerMD is resurrecting the patientprovider relationship allowing our Women s Health & Gynecology Nurse Practitioners to spend quality time with each patient and a sustainable worklife balance.

GYN Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities
As a Womens Health & Gynecology Nurse Practitioner at HerMD your opportunities will include:
Provide Comprehensive Care Offer a wide range of gynecological and womens health services with a special focus on traditionally underserved patient specialties such as menopause and sexual health
PatientCentered Visits Deliver patientcentric care with appointment times up to 40 minutes ensuring that patients have the time and attention they deserve
GYN Only Focus solely on gynecology and womens health with no obstetrics after confirmation of pregnancy
Inoffice procedures Colposcopies endometrial biopsies IUD insertions/removals
Collaboration Collaborate within a culture of female leadership empowerment and growth working closely with our team of OBGYNs healthcare providers aestheticians and referral partners.

Requirements
Qualifications
To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications
At least 3 5 years of work experience in Women s Health Gynecology or Urogynecology
At least 1 year of experience treating menopause and/or sexual dysfunction related conditions
ISSWSH or NAMS training (desired but not required)
Active unrestricted NP or PA license in Tennessee
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required to obtain within 90 days post hire

GYN Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities As a Women's Health & Gynecology Nurse Practitioner at HerMD, your opportunities will include: * Provide Comprehensive Care - Offer a wide range of gynecological and women's health services, with a special focus on traditionally underserved patient specialties such as menopause and sexual health * Patient-Centered Visits - Deliver patient-centric care with appointment times ranging from 20 to 60 minutes, ensuring that patients have the time and attention they deserve * GYN Only - Focus solely on gynecology and women's health, with no obstetrics after confirmation of pregnancy * In-office procedures - Colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, IUD insertions/removals * Clinical Research - Contribute to the advancement of Women's Health through our in-office clinical research facility * Collaboration - Collaborate within a culture of female leadership, empowerment, and growth, working closely with our team of OBGYNs, healthcare providers, aestheticians, and referral partners.
