Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for our project you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions handling inbound calls with a focus on providing exceptional service. Youll need to navigate through challenging situations with escalated customers ensuring each interaction is resolved efficiently and with empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and issues demonstrating problemsolving ss to deliver seamless resolutions.
- Handle higher call volumes during peak seasons with attentiveness and efficiency.
- Pay meticulous attention to details providing personalized followups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Language Requirements:
- Spanish: C2 proficiency
- English: C1 proficiency
Base Salary: 1000 EUR gross monthly (per 14 months)
Performance Bonus: Up to 150 EUR monthly based on performance metrics
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (local time)

Customer Service Ss:
- Preferred experience in customer service; however willingness to learn is valued.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Strong soft ss including active listening empathy and engagement.
- Adaptable and teamoriented with a pleasant demeanor.
Technical Support Ss:
- Guide customers through technical troubleing procedures with confidence and clarity.
- Independently trouble and resolve customer issues spanning various systems and programs.
- Proficient in multitasking and computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
Training:
- Comprehensive 3week online training provided covering both customer service and technical support aspects.
Common Scenarios & Call Drivers:
- Troubleing issues like malfunctioning devices such as toothbrushes.
- Providing product information and comparisons ensuring customer inquiries are fully addressed.
