Salary: 1300 Monthly gross Performance Bonus up to 145 monthly (120 ticket restaurants up to 25 cash gross)
Schedule: Fulltime 40 hours per week; shifts between 10:00 23:00 Monday Sunday (8hour shifts with 1hour lunch break)

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our subscribers primarily in German and occasionally in English.
- ist customers with inquiries related to account management billing technical support and content.
- Trouble issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Doent interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication ss and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts within the specified hours including weekends and holidays.
