Job Title: Customer Success Representative (German & English)
Location: Athens Hybrid
Salary: 1640/month x14
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in both German and English who have a pion for technology and a desire to ist clients in finding the right solutions. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy engaging with customers we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients delivering outstanding customer service.
- ess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and followup.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in sales or customer service ideally within a techoriented field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.

Contract Details:
- Permanent contract.
