Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona Spain (Onsite)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication (calls emails etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive sales growth.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in sales preferably in an inside sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation ss.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a resultsdriven mindset.
- Ability to work onsite in Barcelona Spain.
