Job Description
Position: Senior DevOps Engineer
Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)
Location: Manama Bahrain
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly sed Senior DevOps Engineer for our client. In this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure and processes. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient and reliable DevOps processes and tools to support our software development and deployment activities
- Develop and maintain automated build deployment and testing pipelines
- Continuously monitor and improve our systems for performance scalability and reliability
- Trouble and resolve issues related to infrastructure build and deployment processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies and make recommendations for their adoption
- Mentor and guide junior team members on DevOps best practices and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role
- Strong experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Agile odologies and DevOps principles
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleing ss
- Strong communication and collaboration ss
- Experience working in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Certifications in DevOps and cloud computing are a plus
