Job Description
Were looking for experienced CDL A drivers with a HAZMAT endorsement to join our Intermodal team based in Salt Lake City. This opportunity offers daily home time and competitive weekly pay for drivers with at least 6 months of experience.
Job Highlights:
- Routes: Salt Lake City UT to Grantville UT Ogden UT and Bear River City UT
- Mileage: 165 mile radius
- Freight: 100% notouch (combination of drop & hook and live load/unload)
- Loads: 48 loads per day
- Shift Schedules: Flexible shift options choose between SunThur or TueSat (day or night shifts)
- Weekly Miles: Approx. 1000 miles per week
- Work Hours: 6070 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour
- Stop Pay: $12.50 per stop
- Load Pay: $24.50 per load (with an average of 2 stops per load and 48 loads per day)
- Weekly Earnings: Between $1300 and $1700
- Full benefits package including medical dental 401K and paid time off (available after 30 days)
Driver Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Hold a valid CDL A license with HAZMAT endorsement
- At least 6 months of recent CDL A driving experience
- Clean driving record (no accidents tickets or suspensions in the last 5 years)
- No DUIs felonies or misdemeanors in the past 5 years
- Must have a solid 10year work history (with no major gaps in employment)
- Able to p a Urine AND Hair preemployment drug screen
- Must reside within 50 miles of Salt Lake City UT
